I submitted my SaaS, why wasn't it added?

If you've submitted your SaaS using our add your SaaS form, and it hasn't been added within 48 hours, there could be a few reasons:
  1. Our bot is unable to reach your website - please ensure you disable bot detection.
  2. There was a technical error with your website, such as an internal server error. We will attempt to crawl your website multiple times over a 24 hour period.
  3. You aren't using HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. SaaS Browser only includes websites with a valid SSL certificate.
  4. Your website is using a single page application or requires Javascript rendering of content. SaaS Browser does not perform Javascript rendering of pages, so in the cases you use Javascript rendering, SaaS Browser will be unable to analyze your website.
  5. Your website is deemed not to be a SaaS. If your website doesn't display SaaS like characteristics, such as a sign up, login, plans page, book a demo, and a very clear value proposition, SaaS Browser will not include your website in its index.
  6. Duplicate content. We use sophisticated methods to detect duplicate content in order to prevent SPAM, as such, if your website matches against another site in our index it will not be included.
  7. There could be a temporary delay, in which case it might be worth waiting for an extra day.
