We welcome any online service where the product is delivered automatically and does not rely on heavy, one‑to‑one human work. If users sign up, push a button, and get value without waiting for someone on the team to step in, the product fits our definition of Software‑as‑a‑Service.
Industry does not matter. AI tools, marketing apps, finance dashboards, health trackers—whether you sell to other businesses (B2B) or directly to consumers (B2C)—all are eligible. What counts is that the service runs in the cloud and can scale for many users.
Both web and mobile apps qualify. A browser‑based dashboard, an iOS or Android app, or a platform that offers both experiences are all treated as SaaS in our directory.
Payment style is flexible as long as the service is still delivered automatically. Monthly or yearly subscriptions, one‑time fees, or pay‑as‑you‑go billing are all acceptable. The key factor is that after payment, the customer gains instant or near‑instant access to the software.
We accept products with “start right away” onboarding as well as tools that need a demo call or longer sales cycle. If the signup flow begins with a sales meeting, that is fine as long as the software itself is still cloud‑based and self‑service once the contract is set.
Last, the site must have a live landing page that lets visitors try, buy, or book a demo today. “Coming soon” pages without an active signup, payment option, or free trial link do not meet our listing requirements because buyers cannot act on them yet.
